By backing Donald Trump, Williams is embracing his far-right agenda
Trump’s Project 2025 is an extreme, anti-abortion manifesto that would have far-reaching consequences for Central New York and Mohawk Valley families if Williams and Trump take power in November.
Williams’ Project 2025 would restrict abortion care nationwide by:
Proposing the government monitor abortion networks by collecting data about who had abortions and where — and punish any states that refuse to share that information.
These far reaching Project 2025 proposals are deeply unpopular with voters – a large majority of voters oppose the agenda as they learn more about it.

Meanwhile, John Mannion is a strong advocate for reproductive freedom and his time in the New York State Senate reflects that record, including having a 100% rating from Planned Parenthood.
