New York has officially put the Equal Rights Amendment back on the ballot this November.
MAGA extremist Brandon Williams has repeatedly claimed that abortion rights are a state issue – yet refuses to support the Equal Rights Amendment, which will protect abortion rights in New York.
DCCC Spokesperson Ellie Dougherty:
“The Equal Rights Amendment will do exactly what Brandon Williams claims he supports – make abortion rights a state issue. Williams’ refusal to support the amendment further proves he’s hiding behind talking points to make up for his anti-choice extremism.”
