| Jeff Crank is getting so desperate, he’s resorted to breaking the law to try and save his tanking campaign against Army veteran and fourth-generation Coloradan Jessica Killin.
A concerned Colorado Springs voter filed an official complaint with the Federal Election Commission alleging that Crank’s latest false attack ad against Killin violates federal election law.
The complaint alleges that Crank failed to properly stand by the claims in his ad, “a flagrant violation of federal law and the Commission’s regulations.”
DCCC Spokesperson Lindsay Reilly:
“Jeff Crank can’t defend his own lies about Jessica Killin, an Army veteran and fourth generation Coloradan who’s dedicated her life to service. Voters know and trust that Killin fights for them, while Crank is loyal to his billionaire donors and party bosses.”
