BREAKING: Darrell Issa Votes Against Extending ACA Tax Credits As Health Care Costs Skyrocket for Southern Californians

With ACA tax credits expired, Issa sides with D.C. party bosses to keep it that way

Amid rising unemploymentskyrocketing grocery prices, and climbing utility costs, Darrell Issa is hellbent on delivering another suckerpunch to Southern California families: raising health insurance premiums.

Issa just voted against advancing the BIPARTISAN measure that would extend ACA tax credits for three years, proving he is working to make life more expensive for Californians.

As a result of Republicans’ cruelty, millions of Americans and nearly 2 million Californians are facing increased health care costs, causing many to abandon their coverage altogether.

DCCC Spokesperson Anna Elsasser:
Southern Californians need leaders who will fight to lower costs, not actively work to jack up prices on everything from groceries, utilities, and today – health care. This open betrayal by Darrell Issa to try to stop the House from addressing the GOP health care crisis will cost him his job come November.”
