Democrats are up 10 points – 50% to 40% – in a new poll from Emerson Research out TODAY.
Independent voters prefer Democrats by 15% and Hispanic voters prefer Democrats by 34%.
Trump’s approval rating has slumped to an abysmal 39% – with 55% of voters disapproving of his presidency.
