BREAKING from Axios: “GOP weighs health care cuts to pay for Iran war”

Last year, Begich voted for the largest cut to Medicaid and food assistance in American history to fund massive tax breaks for billionaires. Hospitals, nursing homes and community-based health clinics across the country are closing because of this law. At the same time, Begich and Republicans refused to extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits, forcing millions of hardworking Americans to choose between higher premium costs or losing insurance all together.
