BREAKING: Mariannette Miller-Meeks and Zach Nunn Vote Against Extending ACA Tax Credits As Health Care Costs Skyrocket for Iowans

With ACA tax credits expired, Miller-Meeks and Nunn side with D.C. party bosses to keep it that way

Amid rising unemploymentskyrocketing grocery prices, and climbing utility costs, Mariannette Miller-Meeks and Zach Nunn are hellbent on delivering another suckerpunch to Iowans: raising health insurance premiums.

Miller-Meeks and Nunn just voted against advancing the BIPARTISAN measure that would extend ACA tax credits for three years, proving they are working to make life more expensive for Iowans.

As a result of Republicans’ cruelty, millions of Americans and 136,000 Iowans are facing increased health care costs, causing many to abandon their coverage altogether.

DCCC Spokesperson Nebeyatt Betre:
Iowans need leaders who will fight to lower costs, not actively work to jack up prices on everything from groceries, utilities, and today – health care. This open betrayal by Mariannette Miller-Meeks and Zach Nunn to try to stop the House from addressing the GOP health care crisis will cost them their jobs come November.”
