BREAKING: Monica De La Cruz Votes Against Extending ACA Tax Credits As Health Care Costs Skyrocket for Texans

With ACA tax credits expired, De La Cruz sides with D.C. party bosses to keep it that way

Amid rising unemploymentskyrocketing grocery prices, and climbing utility costs, Monica De La Cruz is hellbent on delivering another suckerpunch to Texans: raising health insurance premiums.

De La Cruz just voted against advancing the BIPARTISAN measure that would extend ACA tax credits for three years, proving she is working to make life more expensive for Texans.

As a result of Republicans’ cruelty, millions of Americans and nearly 4 million Texans are facing increased health care costs, causing many to abandon their coverage altogether.

DCCC Spokesperson Madison Andrus:
Texans need leaders who will fight to lower costs, not actively work to jack up prices on everything from groceries, utilities, and today – health care. This open betrayal by Monica De La Cruz to try to stop the House from addressing the GOP health care crisis will cost her her job come November.”
