BREAKING: Nick Begich Votes Against Extending ACA Tax Credits As Health Care Costs Skyrocket for Alaskans

With ACA tax credits expired, Begich sides with D.C. party bosses to keep it that way

Amid rising unemploymentskyrocketing grocery prices, and climbing utility costs, Nick Begich is hellbent on delivering another suckerpunch to Alaskan families: raising health insurance premiums.

Begich just voted against advancing the BIPARTISAN measure that would extend ACA tax credits for three years, proving he is working to make life more expensive for Alaskans.

As a result of Republicans’ cruelty, millions of Americans and over 28,000 Alaskans are facing increased health care costs, causing many to abandon their coverage altogether.

DCCC Spokesperson Anna Elsasser:
Alaskans need leaders who will fight to lower costs, not actively work to jack up prices on everything from groceries, utilities, and today – health care. This open betrayal by Nick Begich to try to stop the House from addressing the GOP health care crisis will cost him his job come November.”
