POLITICO: Tom Kean Jr., absent for months, to hold fundraiser on the day of his return
What’s Congressman Tom Kean Jr.’s first order of business on the day he supposedly plans to return to Washington after going missing for months?
Fundraising.
POLITICO reports that Kean Jr. – who still hasn’t explained where he’s been or why he’s been missing from work for months while collecting a taxpayer salary – will “be returning to the campaign fundraising circuit” the second he steps foot back in D.C. Not working to lower costs. Not working to help New Jersey.
It’s par for the course for Kean Jr., who has put himself, his donors, and Donald Trump ahead of the people of New Jersey every single time.
DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin: “Tom Kean Jr. has time to trade stocks and fundraise with his wealthy donors, but hasn’t found the time to be transparent with his constituents about why he’s been missing from work for months while taking a taxpayer salary. He represents everything that people hate about corrupt career politicians.”
