Bryan Steil Opposes Putting Money Back In Wisconsinites’ Pockets

This week, Bryan Steil once again proved he has no interest in delivering for working families by attacking the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a nonpartisan agency dedicated to protecting everyday Americans and their wallets from predatory companies.

The CFPB has returned nearly $32 million to roughly 82,000 people in Wisconsin who have been ripped off by greedy companies that break federal consumer financial protection laws. Yet, for some reason, Steil has chosen to attack this organization.

DCCC Spokesperson Nebeyatt Betre:
“Bryan Steil has made his stance abundantly clear: he supports big corporations ripping off everyday families and opposes putting money back in Wisconsinites’ pockets.”
