Bryan Steil’s Project 2025 Will Restrict Abortion Care Nationwide

Bryan Steil’s Project 2025 is an extreme, anti-abortion manifesto that would have far-reaching consequences for Wisconsin families.

Steil’s Project 2025 would restrict abortion care nationwide by: 

• Restricting access to medication abortion.

• Making it easier for extreme politicians to access private medical information about women’s reproductive care.

• Proposing the government monitor abortion networks by collecting data about who had abortions and where — and punish any states that refuse to share that information.

• Increasing the threat of prosecution for abortion care.

• Banning pregnant workers from receiving time off for reproductive care.

Steil has repeatedly attacked reproductive freedom. He called the Dobbs decision a “great victory” and voted twice against the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would codify Roe’s protections of reproductive freedom.
