This week, families in Alabama are coping with the painful blow to reproductive care from the state Supreme Court’s latest ruling. Meanwhile, every Republican in California’s 49th Congressional District has kept extremely quiet on their own extreme legislative agendas. It’s no wonder why.
GOP candidates Matt Gunderson, Margarita Wilkinson, and Kate Monroe have all expressed interest in restricting reproductive rights. They’re vying to join the ranks of Republicans all across the country backing the Life at Conception Act that would impose similar restrictions on IVF and fertility treatments.
Meanwhile, Rep. Mike Levin is standing up for access to fertility care, and will keep up the fight in Congress to protect reproductive freedom.
