STATE OF THE RACE: CA-06 is one of Democrats’ strongest pickup opportunities in the country. Following the overwhelming passage of Proposition 50, the new district now gives Democrats an advantage – Kamala Harris won this district by 8 points, and Dr. Pan represented more than 70 percent of the district in the State Legislature.
