Kiggans has repeatedly lied to Virginians by breaking her promises to lower costs and protect access to health care. She has even gone so far as to scrub her own campaign website in a desperate effort to cover for her lies.

1. Kiggans lied to Virginians when she swore she’d protect their health care, but then voted to gut Medicaid instead.
“The ‘big, beautiful’ bill proposes sweeping cuts to programs, including Medicaid and food assistance. Rep. Jen Kiggans opposed the cuts in a letter, but later voted for them.”
2. Kiggans lied to Virginians when she swore she’d lower health care costs, but then voted to let health care premiums skyrocket.
“Democrats are making the issue central to the 2026 campaign. ‘Once again, Jen Kiggans votes against making health care more affordable, putting her own political interests above Coastal Virginians,’ said former Rep. Elaine Luria in a statement.”
