• Zach Nunn voted for nearly $1 trillion in healthcare cuts that have forced rural clinics in Iowa to close, leaving some cancer patients driving hours for care. Sarah Trone Garriott will work to undo these cuts and restore rural health care funding.
• Nunn has made access to treatment for cancer harder and more expensive. He wants to repeal the ACA, which would undermine protections for preexisting conditions. Nunn took tens of thousands from Big Pharma, and he backed letting drug companies continue to charge thousands of dollars a month for cancer drugs and let insurers deny coverage for people with cancer. Sarah will work to lower drug costs, expand access to care, and side with Iowa, not Big Pharma. 
• Zach Nunn voted five times for the Iran War and voted YES to send $70 billion in tax dollars to fund it – even as Iowans have dealt with record-high gas, diesel, and fertilizer prices, and the deaths of Iowa service members. And he even campaigned with the architect of the war, Pete Hegseth. Sarah will vote to end the war. 
• Despite promising to lower prices, everything is more expensive thanks to Zach Nunn’s support for the tariffs. He voted eight times to keep them in place – Sarah will vote to undo the tariffs. 
• Zach Nunn took tens of thousands of dollars from Chinese-owned companies, missed nearly half the committee hearings on the one committee in Congress that holds China accountable, and voted to give his Chinese corporate donors a tax break. Sarah will stand up to China.
