Caught: Trump Skews Inflation Data To Cover Up For Rising Prices

Despite Trump and House Republicans claiming inflation is “under control,” the data, and the American people, say otherwise.

Thanks to Trump’s chaotic tariffs, “experts agree inflation has picked up in recent months.” Any claim to the contrary, doesn’t match the numbers or the lived experience of most Americans who “have a downbeat outlook on the economy”

And it’s not just economists saying it. Even Fox News is reporting that inflation is “forcing” small restaurants to raise prices or cut staff— passing the pain straight to consumers.
