Last week, Republicans in the New Hampshire House of Representatives proposed legislation that would ban abortion at 15 DAYS without exceptions for rape or incest.
This bill is just the latest evidence of the dangerous anti-choice extremism pushed by the Republican Party.
Yesterday, Republican candidate Chris Bright was in the State House to meet with New Hampshire GOP Speaker Sherman Packard. And this past weekend, Bright went on WMUR and said he was “open to” a nationwide abortion ban.
Granite Staters deserve to know: Chris Bright gave his full throated support for the Dobbs decision that made extreme legislation like New Hampshire’s proposed 15 day abortion ban possible.
DCCC Spokesperson Ellie Dougherty:
“Chris Bright’s Republican Party continues to push extreme anti-choice legislation on Granite Staters. Voters in New Hampshire’s First Congressional District deserve to know if Bright would support a nationwide abortion ban.”
