| Today, the DCCC announced that Christina Hines has been added to the committee’s highly competitive ‘Red to Blue’ program, signaling that the DCCC is invested in providing Christina, a top-tier candidate, with the support needed to continue building a winning campaign as she runs for Michigan’s 10th Congressional District.

This open seat was won by just 1,600 votes in the 2022 midterm cycle and this race will be another close fight, as Michigan’s 10th District is historically more favorable to Democrats in a midterm environment. The path to victory requires winning in swing Macomb County, home to nearly 90% of the district’s registered voters — and as the only candidate from Macomb County, Christina is in a strong position to beat out-of-district nepo baby Mike Bouchard Junior.
