Shhhhhh, she’s saying the quiet part out loud. During a disastrous local radio interview, failed former Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (Spectrum-22) openly admitted she is proud to have spent her time in Congress looking out for special interests, not Upstate. The host asked Tenney what her proudest accomplishment was during her failed term in Congress, “I would have to say the tax cuts…”
No wonder she’s so proud:
- Charter Communications profit surges on $9.3 billion tax reform benefit
- Foreign Investors Were Big Winners From Trump’s Tax Law
- The Biggest U.S. Banks Made $2.5 Billion From Tax Law—in One Quarter
- Bank profits soar to record $56 billion on tax cuts
“Corporate Claudia Tenney championed corporate tax cuts during her one-term in Congress, including billions in tax cuts for her Spectrum overlords” said DCCC Spokesperson Christine Bennett. “Former Congresswoman Tenney so desperately wants to get back to the swamp to continue to fight for her special interest donors. They write the campaign checks, Claudia does their bidding. It’s a match-made in swampy heaven.”
