Corrupt Calvert’s Major Backer Elon Musk Agrees: He Should Be Fired

Checking on Ken Calvert, who’s been challenged by one of his biggest financial backers – Elon Musk – in a truly wild turn of events.

To date, Calvert has received:

  • Over $916,000 in outside spending from Musk’s AMERICA PAC
  • $319,000 in individual contributions from Elon Musk
    • ($310,700 to Calvert’s Victory fund was Musk’s largest ever individual contribution to a Congressional candidate’s committee) 
  • Over $45,000 from Musk’s Space Exploration Technologies Corp. PAC

To do the math, that brings us to well over $1.2 million in total Musk money throughout Calvert’s career. 

Now, Musk is slamming Calvert for his YES vote on the GOP’s “disgusting abomination” of a budget bill, that will drive up the national deficit and foot American taxpayers with the bill.

Musk blasted the “massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill” that Calvert proudly voted for, accusing every Republican who supported it of betraying the American people.
