Where in the world is Corrupt Carlos Giménez?
That’s the question South Florida is asking after Giménez seems to have gone into hiding after analysts called out last night’s primary as “not an impressive victory” that “doesn’t bode well for his fight against Debbie Mucarsel-Powell in November.”
Since declaring victory, Corrupt Carlos has gone radio silent, which is a…creative strategy for this Republican to win over voters in this Clinton +16 district to say the least.
Meanwhile, this morning Congresswoman Debbie Mucarsel-Powell continued fighting for South Florida, holding a press conference this morning with the united FL-26 Democratic ticket talking about how she’ll fight for South Florida families in Congress.
DCCC Spokesperson Sarah Guggenheimer released the following statement:
“Is Corrupt Carlos hiding because he’s embarrassed by his unimpressive primary win last night? Does he not want to even try to justify his longstanding pattern of corruption to the general electorate? Is he trying to win votes for Congress by showing how little he cares about actually working? These are all questions we’d like to ask Corrupt Carlos directly – but el Coruptito is MIA.”
