DAY THREE: In Declaring Residency in Missouri, Hollingsworth May Have Committed A Felony

We’re now on a third day of coverage of the scandal surrounding Tennessee Trey Hollingsworth having filed for residency in five different states – none of which being Indiana. Now it appears that Hollingsworth also filed residency in a sixth state – Missouri – where signing false documents declaring residency amounts to a Class E Felony.

 

Trey claims these were “clerical errors” and threw an unnamed former staffer under the bus by claiming he didn’t “check the right box.” But Trey’s own signature was on the Missouri forms. Twice.

 

These are questions Tennessee Trey needs to clear up immediately – questions that his spokesperson told the press they weren’t allowed to ask. (Here’s the video).
