DCCC Announces $12 Million Raised in August

House Democrats’ momentum builds with ever-increasing lead on the generic congressional ballot at the same time that more of the public is souring on Republicans over key midterm issues

The DCCC raised $12 million in August of 2026, bringing the Committee’s total raised for the midterm cycle to $222.3 million, with $76 million cash-on-hand.

“The American people are desperate for leaders who will fight for an affordable America and take action to lower costs, not clock out early while hardworking families struggle to afford everyday expenses like gas and groceries,” said DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene. “When Democrats take back the House Majority under the leadership of Speaker Hakeem Jeffries, we’ll get to work lowering costs, end Trump’s sweeping tariffs, roll back their cruel cuts to Medicaid, restore the ACA tax credits, and stop their reckless war in the Middle East. Voters are eager for change and in November, they will power us to victory.”
