Today, DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene released the following statement honoring the start of Hispanic Heritage Month:
“Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates and honors the histories and cultures of the U.S. Hispanic and Latino community and their contributions to our society. From music to art to cuisine to agriculture, business, and politics, the Hispanic community has a rich history in our country. Hispanic and Latino Americans are an integral part of the fabric of our nation and Democrats will continue fighting for policies that ensure all Americans can thrive and have access to equal opportunities.” |
