DCCC CHAIR LUJÁN ANNOUNCES BEST JUNE EVER WITH NEARLY $15.2M RAISED; BREAKS ONLINE RECORD

Nearly $5.5M raised online in June; average online gift $20

387k first time donors this cycle

DCCC Chairman Ben Ray Luján today announced record-breaking June fundraising. In June, the DCCC raised nearly $15.2M compared to $12.1M in June of 2016. The committee raised nearly $5.5M online in June with an average gift of $20, a monthly record for the DCCC this cycle. On June 30th alone, the DCCC raised $2.2M ($1.3M online) – the largest single day of fundraising this cycle.

Through June, the DCCC has raised over $177M total with over $65M coming from online donations. Over 387k first-time donors contributed to this total raised through June. Reflecting the energy behind House Democrats, 57% of the total raised through June has come from grassroots supporters, including 4.46M individual gifts under $200.

Despite full Republican control of Washington, the DCCC has out-raised the NRCC nearly every month and by tens of millions cycle-to-date.
