Tonight, Jeff Jackson won the Democratic primary in North Carolina’s 14th Congressional District and will advance to the general election as the party’s nominee. DCCC Chair Sean Patrick Maloney released the following statement congratulating him:
“A warm congratulations to Jeff Jackson on his victory. At every turn in life, Jeff Jackson has put his community first and dedicated his life to public service — as a veteran, a former assistant district attorney general, state legislator, and current member of the Army National Guard. He’ll be a champion for NC-14 as their representative in Congress. Now, it’s all eyes on November. The DCCC looks forward to working with Jeff from now until Election Day to keep this district in Democratic hands.”
