Today, DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene issued the following statement on the State Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the congressional map:
“The New Mexico Supreme Court upheld the rule of law and ensured that the will of the voters remains the most important voice in our elections. Republicans tried to unfairly throw out a map they didn’t like, and we are pleased that the State Supreme Court upheld the current map. We will continue to fight to ensure the rights of voters are upheld across the nation from now until Election Day 2024.”
