On the anniversary of the January 6th, 2021 riot at the US Capitol, DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene released the following statement.
“On the third anniversary of the January 6th riot at the Capitol, House Republicans are still defending the horrific violence and promoting conspiracy theories in their ongoing efforts to appease Donald Trump and downplay their attempts to overturn the will of the voters.
“Democracy and free and fair elections are bedrock values of our nation, and House Democrats will continue to uplift the will of the American people over partisanship and violent rhetoric.”
