Her tireless work these last 13 years has made her a respected leader in the halls of Congress on issues like national security, eliminating corruption, and fighting for women’s equality. She has served both the people of California’s 14th and our Democratic caucus with great distinction, and I’m proud to have worked alongside her. I join the rest of our colleagues in wishing her the very best as she embarks on this new chapter.”
