DCCC Chairman Steve Israel released the following statement on the NH-01 Republican primary:
“The Tea Party hasn’t joined the mainstream since 2012, and neither has Frank Guinta. Guinta is still the same far right wing ideologue with the same record of putting the special interests and the ultra-wealthy ahead of hardworking New Hampshire families. Voters won’t forget the reason they rejected Frank Guinta in the first place and they know Carol Shea-Porter is a tireless fighter who is committed to growing the middle class, creating jobs, and boosting New Hampshire’s economy.”
