As House Republicans struggle to distance themselves from President Trump, toss water on the flames of devastating recruitment dumpster fire, and attempt to explain their party’s agenda that would rip away healthcare from millions of Americans, the NRCC has again been severely outraised by the DCCC. With a $6.4 million fundraising gap in Q3, the DCCC has outraised the NRCC by $64.2 million over the 2020 cycle.
“Into the final stretch of the race, the NRCC has been defined by embarrassing recruitment failures and an agenda that would gut healthcare access for millions of Americans during a pandemic,” said DCCC Spokesperson Chris Taylor. “House Democrats are well-equipped to protect and expand our majority across the House Battlefield because we are working to protect the needs of the American people by safeguarding protections for people living with pre-existing conditions and getting Americans back to work safely as we navigate COVID-19.
