DCCC Launches Digital Ads Targeting Vulnerable House Republicans Who Protected Serial Liar George Santos

DCCC continues to educate voters on extremism surrounding vulnerable House Republicans

Today, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee launched two  four-figure digital campaigns targeting vulnerable House Republicans who voted to shield George Santos in Congress.

The first campaign targets New York Republicans (Nick LaLota in NY-01, Anthony D’Esposito in NY-04, Mike Lawler in NY-17, Marc Molinaro in NY-19, and Brandon Williams in NY-22) who, after telling voters that they wanted Santos out of Congress, turned their backs on their constituents and voted to keep Santos in Congress.

The second four-figure campaign will run across competitive House districts in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Examples of those ads are below.

Both campaigns will be live through Memorial Day when Members of Congress will be home in their districts, facing constituents after breaking their promises.

Over the next 17 months, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee will continue to hold House Republicans accountable to ensure voters know their Congressperson’s empty rhetoric at home does not match their actions on Capitol Hill.

DCCC spokesperson Viet Shelton:
“Vulnerable House Republicans have proven they are too weak to buck party leadership and – instead of expelling serial grifter and indicted criminal George Santos from Congress – they are protecting him. Voters deserve better than hypocritical representatives who put their party above their people and the DCCC will continue to hold these Republicans accountable.”
