DCCC Raises $11.7 Million in January, Powered by Energized Grassroots Donors

January marks DCCC’s largest grassroots fundraising month this cycle

The DCCC will report raising $11.7 million in the first month of 2022. Thousands of eager grassroots donors accounted for over $7.2 million of January’s fundraising haul for an average donation of $29, showing the best grassroots numbers for this cycle and strong support for House Democrats in the midterm elections.

In January alone, House Democrats voted to expand veteran healthcare coverage, began funding hundreds of local infrastructure projects through President Biden’s historic infrastructure deal and ushered in the best economic growth in 37 years.

While Democrats got to work for the American people, Republicans voted against this economic growth and even declared the deadly January 6th Capitol attack as “legitimate political discourse.”

“House Democrats are delivering on the issues that matter most to Americans, which is why we’re seeing such record-breaking grassroots support to hold the House. The steadfast leadership from President Biden, Speaker Pelosi, and House Democrats is leading our country to brighter days and Democrats to victory this November,” said DCCC Chairman Sean Patrick Maloney.

DCCC entered February debt-free with $87.4 million cash on hand.
