The DCCC’s $250.6 million raised cycle-to-date is a fundraising record for a Presidential cycle
Today, the DCCC announced it has raised $22.3 million in August, bringing the Committee’s fundraising to $250.6 million, setting a new record for presidential cycle-to-date fundraising.
These commanding August totals include over $1.2 million raised from online donations during the week of the Democratic National Convention – a 71% increase in online donations compared to the previous week and four times more new online donors than a typical week.
Thanks to the leadership of Hakeem Jeffries and broad support and enthusiasm for our candidates and incumbents across the country, House Democrats are on track to reclaim the majority with less than 50 days to go until Election Day.
“The House Republican circus is on full display as they barrel us towards a harmful government shutdown, remain blindly loyal to Donald Trump, and lie about their extreme, anti-abortion records, and that’s why voters continue to put their support behind House Democrats,” said DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene. “There is incredible enthusiasm for Democrats across the country right now, and thanks to the work of Leader Jeffries and the entire House Democratic caucus we continue to have the resources we need to harness that energy, go on offense, and to take back the House.”
The DCCC has $87.3 million cash-on-hand. |
