The DCCC raised $8.1 million in April, bringing the total amount raised through the first four months of the 2026 cycle to $45 million.
“House Republicans have spent their time in the majority breaking their promise to lower costs for the American people, and instead are pushing to make massive cuts to Medicaid and nutrition assistance which will hurt millions of people, all to pay for massive tax breaks to the ultra-wealthy and big corporations. It’s an unpopular and cruel agenda that will cost them the House majority,” said DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene. “Under the leadership of Hakeem Jeffries, House Democrats are united in our fight against Republican efforts to tank the economy and hurt working families. We’re seeing support come from across the country as people are tired of House Republicans’ broken promises and are eager for change that will lead to the people’s House getting back to the work of helping the people, not the billionaires.”
