Don: “Scott Perry deserves to be court-martialed, not in Congress”
Today, the DCCC released a new TV ad in the race for PA-10, “Blue Falcon,” featuring a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served with Scott Perry in the U.S. Army and is speaking out against him because of Perry’s far-right extremism.
In the ad, the Lieutenant Colonel highlights Perry voting twice against the bipartisan PACT Act to aid veterans, spreading dangerous QAnon conspiracy theories, and attempting to overturn the 2020 election.
Airing in the Harrisburg media market beginning today, the ad is part of the Committee’s previously announced investments in key battleground districts like PA-10, where recent polling shows Pennsylvanians turning on Perry and his Project 2025 agenda.

Dan: I served this country for 27 years. I’ve been an independent voter all my life. And I served with Scott Perry.
As a fellow veteran, I couldn’t believe he voted against getting care for veterans exposed to toxic burn pits.
But this is just who Scott Perry has become.
He’s spreading QAnon conspiracy theories…
He urged on the insurrection, and he’s under federal investigation for attempting to overturn the election and nullify our votes.
Scott Perry deserves to be court-martialed – not in Congress.
