DCCC Releases New TV Ad in CT-05: “Proven Track Record”

The DCCC released a new TV ad in the race for CT-05, “Proven Track Record,” highlighting Republican George Logan’s dangerous anti-gun safety record.

George Logan is just too extreme for Connecticut. After the deadliest mass shooting in American history, Logan said, “I don’t think we need any additional restrictions on gun laws here in Connecticut” and voted against banning bump stocks used in mass shootings.

Congresswoman Jahana Hayes helped pass the first major federal gun safety law in 30 years. The choice in this race is clear: George Logan’s extremism vs. Rep. Hayes’ common sense leadership.

The ad is airing in the Hartford media market beginning today and is part of the committee’s previously announced investments in key battleground districts.
