DCCC Releases New TV Ads in Michigan’s 8th Congressional District: “Agenda” and “Sides”

The DCCC released two new TV ads in the race for Michigan’s 8th Congressional District, “Agenda” and “Sides,” highlighting the extreme agenda Paul Junge wants to enact if elected.

Junge has made it clear he’d join forces with extreme Republicans in Washington, helping them enact their harmful agenda that would slash Social Security and Medicare, and side with drug companies to repeal new laws set to lower prescription drug prices.

The ads are airing beginning today.

Transcripts:

Agenda:

Sides:

[Junge] “And should you send me to Washington I will support that agenda”

And what is Paul Junge’s agenda?

To vote for leadership committed to slashing Social Security and Medicare.

[Junge] “I will support that agenda”

Siding with drug companies to oppose caps on costs for Michigan seniors.

Including opposing a 35 dollar cap on insulin

[Junge] “And should you send me to Washington I will support that agenda”

Paul Junge’s committed alright.

Just not to mid-Michigan.

Republican Paul Junge has made it clear.

He’s not on our side.

Here are the facts:

Junge sided with drug companies against capping prescription drug prices including insulin for seniors and Medicare recipients.

And he would vote for leadership who have a plan to cut Social Security and Medicare while raising taxes on middle class families.

Republican Paul Junge has shown us whose side he’s on.

And it’s not ours.
