DCCC Releases Two New Coordinated TV Ads in PA-08: “Seal” and “Gears”

The DCCC released two new coordinated TV ads in the race for Pennsylvania’s 8th Congressional District, “Seal” and “Gears,” highlighting Paige Cognetti’s closing message to voters: she’s running against the machine to clean up corruption and lower costs for Northeastern Pennsylvanians.

In “Seal,” Paige speaks directly to Northeastern Pennsylvanians who are tired of the political ads – and the corruption in Washington. Paige outlines her plan to make government work for the people. In “Gears,” a NEPA resident calls Rob Bresnahan out for stock trading in office and voting to make life more expensive, and says that voting for Paige is just common sense.

The ads – the seventh and eighth to run in PA-08 from the DCCC and the Cognetti campaign – are airing in the Wilkes Barre media market beginning today and are part of the committee’s coordinated spending in key battleground districts.

Transcript:

Paige Cognetti: Hey, it’s Paige Cognetti – just a few more days of these ads.

I’m tired of them too.

Here is what this campaign is about.

Ending the corruption that hurts our families.

Together, we stood up to the Machine in Scranton and together we will take on a corrupt Washington.

We need to make sure government works as hard as we do.

End the war.

Take on AI.

Create jobs.

And lower costs.

Rob trades stocks on his power. Focuses on himself.

I will focus on you.

My family and yours have too much at stake.

I approve this message and I humbly ask for your support.

“Gear”

Transcript:

NEPA Resident: NEPA – it’s time to pick.

Paige Cognetti – she’s the best of us.

A mom who took on the machine.

Her own party. And the big corporations.

She took ‘em all on.

Rob Bresnahan, he’s everything you hate about politics.

Stock trading. Healthcare-taking. Liar.

He lied about his trades. His votes.

Now, all those lying ads about Paige Cognetti.

So yeah – I’m voting for Paige Against the Machine and you should too. It’s a no brainer, NEPA.

I’m Paige Cognetti and I approve this message – it’s just common sense.
