The DCCC released two new web videos today that highlight Frank Guinta and Marilinda Garcia’s Tea Party agenda and how their priorities are outside New Hampshire’s mainstream. Whether it’s Frank Guinta’s support for abolishing the Department of Education and votes to stack the deck in favor of the special interests by shifting the burden onto the middle class, or Marilinda Garcia’s refusal to take another irresponsible government shut down off the table, both candidates are rubber stamps for the Tea Party agenda.
NH-01: “Still the Same Tea Party Frank Guinta”
NH-02: “Marilinda Garcia: Too Extreme for New Hampshire”
“Both Frank Guinta and Marilinda Garcia’s priorities are outside New Hampshire’s mainstream,” said Marc Brumer of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. “Frank Guinta is still the same Tea Party rubber stamp he was in 2012 when he voted to stack the deck in favor of the special interests and the ultra-wealthy by shifting the burden onto hard working New Hampshire families. Marilinda Garcia is the Tea Party’s newest standard bearer who has already refused to take another government shutdown off the table and opposes equal pay for equal work. Both candidates and their reckless Tea Party agendas are out of touch with New Hampshire families.”
