DCCC Shatters First Quarter Fundraising Record, Raising More Than $37 Million

DCCC outraised NRCC by $12 million in Q1

Today the DCCC announced it raised a record-breaking $37.7 million in the first quarter of 2023, including $16.9 million in March, under the leadership of Leader Hakeem Jeffries and the entire House Democratic Caucus.

Not only did the DCCC exceed its previous off-year fundraising record, but the committee outraised the NRCC by $12 million in the first quarter of the GOP’s new majority. The DCCC also surpassed the NRCC’s March fundraising total.

“These record-breaking funds will be critical in our fight to restore a House Democratic majority in 2024 – and thanks to the tireless work of Leader Hakeem Jeffries, our entire Democratic Caucus, and grassroots supporters across the country, we are well on our way,” said DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene. “After 100 days of chaos, inaction, and extremism, voters are showing they’re ready to send House Republicans back to the minority in 2024. The stakes for 2024 couldn’t be higher: House Republicans are working to gut Social Security and Medicare, ban abortion nationwide, undermine the work of law enforcement agencies, and send the economy into a catastrophic spiral all to advance an extreme agenda.”
