In response to President Trump nominating Brett Kavanaugh to the United States Supreme Court, DCCC National Press Secretary Tyler Law issued the following statement:
“A Supreme Court that ignores the will of the people and only represents the wealthy and largest corporations is a threat to all hardworking Americans. Every single House Republican must immediately clarify their positons on Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to choose, the constitutionality of existing protections for people with pre-existing conditions and marriage equality. This nomination will further expose vulnerable House Republicans’ out-of-touch views on some of the most pressing issues facing our nation.”
