In response to Senate Republicans declining to hold an anticipated Wednesday vote on the dangerous and unpopular Graham-Cassidy repeal bill, DCCC Spokesman Tyler Law issued the following statement:
“With the Senate unable to pass their amendment to the House Republicans’ horrific repeal bill this week, it’s clear that Speaker Ryan’s imperiled majority walked the plank for absolutely nothing. The fact remains that as long as there is a Republican majority in the House, affordable and accessible healthcare is on the chopping block. House Republicans will continue to be exposed for their out-of-touch healthcare priorities so that midterm voters are fully informed on the morally bankrupt repeal bill that the House already passed.”
