Tyrone Gayle of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee issued the following statement today in response to Martha McSally’s so-called reversal on background checks.
“Today’s policy reversal from Martha McSally is just the latest example of her long history of acting purely out of political expediency – not a true change of heart. From supporting privatizing Social Security to the Ryan Budget to which abortion exceptions she supports, Martha McSally disingenuously tries to have it every way. Southern Arizonans won’t be fooled by her craven political posturing.”
