In response to reporting that Congressman John McGuire is refusing to debate until his opponent Tom Perriello ‘says he’s sorry’ for pointing out that McGuire has been trading stocks while raising prices in office, DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin issued the following statement:
“We already knew that John McGuire has been stock trading in Congress while voting to raise costs on Virginians. Now we know he’s a chicken too.”
According to The Daily Progress, “McGuire’s office has not responded to a single Daily Progress inquiry regarding his household’s stock trades for weeks. He’s also been dodging debate organizers.” |
