| DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene released the following statement on Don Davis’ victory in North Carolina’s First Congressional District:
“Congratulations to Congressman Don Davis! For years, Republicans have attempted to cheat their way into defeating Don and each time they have failed. That is because the people of Eastern North Carolina know Don – they know his character, and they know his service. Whether it is bringing more investment to North Carolina’s military members and their families or his tireless advocacy on behalf of the region’s agricultural community, Eastern North Carolinians trust Don to fight for them because he is one of them. It is great to welcome Eastern North Carolina’s strongest fighter back to Congress.” |
