| DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene released the following statement on Katy Padilla Stout’s victory in Texas’ 23rd Congressional District:
“West Texas chose substance over spectacle and decency over hate. Voters rejected the politics of division and elected a candidate of integrity who has always put West Texas families first. Katy Padilla Stout, a proud Tejana and former public school teacher, ran on lowering costs and keeping communities safe, and voters are sending her to Congress because they know she will fight to deliver. Congratulations to Congresswoman-elect Padilla Stout on a well-earned victory.” |
