DCCC Chair Sean Patrick Maloney released the following statement on Rep. Matt Cartwright’s re-election in PA-08:
“Congratulations to Congressman Matt Cartwright, a champion for northeastern Pennsylvania. Voters re-elected Rep. Cartwright because they know when he says, ‘I work for you’ he means it. Cartwright is helping to deliver a new gas plant plant to create thousands of jobs, has secured millions to fund local law enforcement, and passed monumental legislation expanding health care for veterans who suffered from exposure to burn pits.”
