| DCCC Chair Suzan DelBene released the following statement on Shannon Taylor’s victory in Virginia’s First Congressional District:
“Tonight, Shannon Taylor took down an entrenched incumbent with a simple message: Republicans’ corruption in D.C. is costing Virginians, and we deserve leaders who work for the people, not themselves. As Henrico’s top prosecutor, Shannon has proven that she will take on anyone to protect her community. Voters put their trust in her because they know she’s going to do the same in Congress.” |
